How to apply, requirements, and conditions of admission.

How to Apply

ZAMSUT admits candidates through UTME (JAMB) and Direct Entry, in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) and Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) guidelines. The general process is as follows:

Check Admission Status

Candidates check their admission status online using their JAMB Registration Number once JAMB/CAOS admission lists are released.

Accept Provisional Offer

Admitted candidates purchase an Acceptance PIN and use it to generate their Evidence of Admission online.

Complete Registration

Log in to the student portal to complete biodata, academic/school information, and next-of-kin details, then upload a passport photograph.

Report & Verify

Report physically to the Admissions Office with original credentials for verification, then proceed to Matriculation.

Conditions of Admission

  • Verification of O'Level results and other academic credentials
  • Medical fitness, certified by the University Health Centre
  • Good conduct and compliance with University rules and regulations
  • Completion of online registration and submission of required documents
  • Payment of all prescribed fees as communicated by the Bursary Department

The University reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission where information supplied by a candidate is found to be false.

Documents to Bring

  • Original O'Level result(s) — WAEC/NECO/NABTEB
  • JAMB result slip / Admission letter
  • Birth certificate or Age declaration
  • Local Government Area (LGA) Indigene Certificate
  • Four (4) recent passport photographs
